4. Personal data

4.1 The Publisher has right to collect personal data provided by user during the registration process. Data is saved for user's administration of his/her account and is not provided to third parties.

5.1 The terms of this Agreement will not be modified on an individual basis. 6. Indemnity

8. Jurisdiction

8.1 This site is for international and domestic viewers in Egypt. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Site, you agree that the exclusive venue for litigating disputes shall be in Cairo, Egypt.  You also agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this Site or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
