The team of only women or men? Ideally both.

teamGenerally, a male group may be less problematic. Women's groups are usually full of emotion. What is the ideal mix? Bosses say that we need both on a successful team. At the time of gender fairness, they don't speak aloud about it.

Many of companies say, no matter the gender is, human universal qualities are the most essential while the gender composition of teams is not as important element.

In fact, many companies still consider the sex of job applicants. Men and women carriers are- according to many recruiters and managers- of different characteristics, and therefore some generations hire typically masculine or feminine candidates according to their recruiter's' perception  of the position in question.

The main determinant of the appropriate gender for the position is , of course, its physical demands.

Without a mixture of women and men teams may not work properly

However, as to the actual composition of work teams, many managers profess dual strategy of looking at the problem - the masculine and feminine. Everyone looks at things in a different way, and this sometimes brings a variety of solutions. Therefore, the majority of managers favor balanced mixed teams.

Ideally the team should be represented by a ratio of 50:50 between men and women. Analyses show that mixed teams are more innovative and efficient.

The female element can also reduce  male rivalry. Indeed, most women try to get to the target level through consensus and reduce conflict to a minimum.

On the contrary, the risk of an all women's team is the very personal conception of competing among its individual members. The strength of men is their natural ability to keep emotions in check, keep a cool head and not to take things personally, which allow them to tackle things from a distance and with detachment. They focus on themselves and success,thus are more efficient.

Biological gender differences in firms are becoming a less important criterion.
Experts think that fewer women in business management is not because of the lack of female talents for various professions, but rather is contributed to the fact that the majority of women still prefer to sacrifice a career for private life and family.
